Based on Intels® Atom™ processor Z530 or Z520PT, the MPX 530 is a perfect fit for any application requiring high performance but low power on a small form factor module. With the Intel® System Controller Hub US15W it offers a Graphics Media Accelerator 500 (Intel® GMA 500), memory controller, and I/O controller in a single-chip solution, while featuring advanced 3D graphics and extensive I/O capabilities such as 8 xUSB 2.0, SDIO and PCI Express. Additionally it supports Intel® High Definition Audio (HDA) and hardware video decode acceleration.
Flat panel displays can be attached using LVDS or SDVO.
The MPX 530 features 2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, the 8 USB ports as well as the US15W graphics interfaces which are available on the MPX connectors.
The MPX 530 forms part of the new MPX standard with a tiny 66x77 mm² footprint. The new connector technology allows mounting in both directions and stacking of modules with various interface boards. Versions for extended temperature ( - 40°..+85°C) are available.
The MPX 530 features a rugged design with the aim to withstand extreme and harsh environment in embedded applications
